In 2023, a year after being diagnosed with a severe gluten allergy that turned my world upside down, I conjured up the idea of Iron Crumble, driven by the longing to indulge in a cookie whenever the craving struck. What started as a hap-hazard hobby designed to satisfy the need for dedicated GF treats evolved into a heart-warming way for me to connect to my late Nonna, who blessed me with the love of baking when I was a young girl. With a background in science and a commitment to inclusivity, I set out to create safe treats with a unique Italian twist, making them perfect for those who crave a little enchantment with their dessert.
